When I'm being asked about resolutions, I said none, later on I have some and suddenly I have one more. I've been meaning to do this since just yesterday. I'm still trying hard to find a best way where I can eat and detox at the same time. I guess I'm trying NO.1. Boost and cleanse body system sounds pretty good. Other ways suggested is to have a vege and fruit fast for a week with the chances of having some side effects like body odour, bad breath, gets dizzy, low energy or even faint. Body odour and bad breath...enough reasons for me to not to think about it unless I'm staying at home to stink. So a no go. Hence, I'm cutting down meat and eat only vege, brown rice, loads of fruits and grains maybe. Other things to cut down would be alcohol and smoke. I don't smoke so don't make me a 2nd hand smoker. Hope I can survive a week and will see how my body reacts.
In fact, I've already tick off some other resolutions like going to Quattro. That's been done last week. So 1 resolution down and more to come. lol. What lousy resolution but I rather have lousy ones than have one that's hard to follow. At least when it's achieved, it's still an achievement.
